urlchange

What is it?

urlchange is a program that checks if a list of URLs has changed.
it notifies you either interactively or by email when a changed URL has been detected.
it is very easy to use. only create a file with all the URLs you wanna
watch and start urlchange with some useful options...;-D
it comes with very complete documentation in TeX and HTML format.
it is written in the Pyton programming
language and therefore highly customizeable. You can edit it, to fit you needs.
it is distributed under the GPL

minor bufixes
documented the defaults in the parameterinfo (-h option)
for the command line parameters -b and -f.
cmd line option -a implies now -e, documented that feature
added an examples section to the documentation
corrected some mispelled words in the documentation
recreated the HTML documentation
