	* documented the defaults in the parameterinfo (-h option) 
	  for the command line parameters -b and -f. Also added this
	  to the documentation TeX file.
	* -a implies now -e, documented that feature.
	* added Examples section to the documentation.
	* spelled the documentation.
	* recreated the HTML docu.
